Cantoos Immigration and Travel Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Officer to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.

Main duties:
• Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures,
• Create work priorities and make sure that the deadlines are met, and all procedures are going well,
• Plan for the office services (forms, equipment, supplies and maintenance),
• Manage administrative operations such as budgeting and project planning,
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets,
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents,
• Maintain and update company databases,
• Answer queries by employees and clients,
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments,
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned,
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages),
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders,

Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school is required,
• 1-2 years work experience in related field,
• Good verbal and written communication skills
