Education: Certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Specific skills
• Managing the store sales team to ensure customers are being helped in a timely fashion
• Conducting sales and inventory management
• Assisting in employee recruiting, training and development
• Managing the net revenue at the store level
• Inspiring and encouraging employees to ensure a high level of morale
• Assisting customers and troubleshooting customer service issues when necessary
