1000550 BC Ltd DBA Holiday Inn & Suites Surrey, located at 17530 64Ave, Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 1Y9, is looking for full-time Banquet Manager to join them at the earliest.

Type: Permanent Full-Time
Wage Rate: $26.45/ Hour

Job duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Education:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A college diploma in related field is an asset.
Experience:
• 01 to less than 02 years of Experience in related field is required.
