Inventory Control Clerk

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to 1 year experience

Specific Skills: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking as needed, Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy, Collaborate with the warehouse staff to fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with logistics partners, Communicate with suppliers to track incoming shipments and address any discrepancies, Assist in managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, Work with the Warehouse staff to identify opportunities for process improvement, Implement and follow best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency, Assist in overseeing the maintenance of warehouse equipment, Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs, Follow and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment, Participate in safety training programs and promote a safety-conscious culture, Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, Generate reports as needed for analysis and decision-making, Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
