A I Educational Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Located in Surrey, BC, V3W 3N4 is looking for full Time Permanent Office Administrator-1221 to join their Team As Soon As Possible.

Job Duties:
• Analysis, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
• Establish and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met along with the work priorities.
• Follow-up administrative activities of establishment.
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Administer and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma is an asset.
• 01 to less than 02 years of relevant experience is required.

Salary: $25.00/hr
