Specific Skills:
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Coordinating and arranging on-site and off-site internal and external meetings.
• Researching and providing information required by the director for input into reports, agreements, financial documents, etc.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinate and plan office services
• Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Follow up with the administrative activities of establishment
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
