Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work setting: Day care centre or nursery school

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Windows

Personal suitability: Organized, Reliability

Experience: Will train

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Sitting
Job Duties and Skills Requirements: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Obtain and process information required to provide services, Order office supplies, Record and relay information, Schedule and confirm appointments, Send invoices, Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Calculate billing charges
