Canadian Youth are energetic, smart and savvy. Sometimes they just need to be given the chance to display their unique skills. Youthman Power can assist vulnerable youth in finding that first employment opportunity in Canada. That first step is always the hardest one, but it doesn’t have to be with Youthman Power providing seamless access to various employers across all aspects of business here in Canada. The youth of today will become the managers of the future!
There are a lot of talented young vulnerable youth across Canada. We value the concept of opportunity which is what all youth at the basic level ask for when looking for rewarding employment in Canada.
There are thousands of great employers in Canada who have provided and continue to provide quality employment to vulnerable youth across Canada.

Youth manPower
Currently in Canada many youth face challenges finding employment. This has a long-lasting negative affect on our society as essential skills are underdeveloped which can affect their ability to prosper and grow.
Youth Manpower recognizes the hinderances that these youth face in finding the right opportunities. We are challenging those notions and knocking down the hinderances that these youth face and empowering them so that they can obtain essential skills no matter what barriers they faced. Whether that’s challenges presented due to youth immigrating to another country, youth dealing with disabilities, single parent youth, youth who couldn’t complete high school, Aboriginal youth and youth living in nonurban areas.
Youth Manpower aims to bridge these gaps between the vulnerable youth and the Canadian employers and provide them a common platform to connect.
